Having founded the Northeast Holistic Center in 1990, Caroline has lectured, taught seminars and assisted people in their healing work and growth throughout the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland and Germany. Caroline is also the founder of NHC’s international outreach organization I.B.I.S., Institute Bayard International Synergistic, the worldwide branch of the NHC. In 2005, Caroline Bayard wrote, applied for and received the Ryan White Title I HIV/AIDS federally funded grant for the Northeast Holistic Center. In 2006, along with her associates at the NHC, she created a venue to assist the HIV/AIDS community with additional funds by creating and selling ‘healing jewlery’ through KDI Crafters. In 2008, along with Rev. Ralph Fucetola, she founded the the LifeSpirit Theological Seminary, of which the Northeast Holistic Center is the Institute of Wholistic Theology educating ministers in natural health options through the LifeSpirit Congregation’s Ministry of Healthcare Practitioners and Educators. The Northeast Holistic Center also provides aromatherapy blends to a hospice care organization based throughout New Jersey.
Her real passion is the energy work of Holistic Synergy for which she created and developed courses for study for Certified Holistic Synergy Practitioners and Certified Holistic Synergy Energy Workers. She has also created certification courses of study in Hypnosis and Past Life Regression Therapy, Reflexology, Advanced Reflexology, Clinical Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Somatokinetic Body Work, Wholistic Nutritional Education, Herbal Education, Flower Essence Certification, Crystal Artisan, and Crystal Worker, as well as over one hundred lectures. A variety of these lectures has been presented weekly at the local Barnes and Noble Bookstores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.
Caroline has also lectured at Metaphysical and Holistic Health Expos, as well as libraries, colleges, and conferences throughout the United States. Caroline has been a member of the Advisory Board for Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and Research for Alternative and Complementary Medicine funded by the National Institutes of Health. She has been on the advisory board for “Options” health magazine for the Sunday Bergen Record. A member and past secretary of the Reflexology Association of New Jersey, Caroline has also served as treasurer. Actively involved in the community, Caroline has been a member of the Priority Setting Committee for the Newark EMA Council on AIDS and HIV for the Ryan White Title I Grant. She presently is on staff at Health Options Institute of Massage in Pennsylvania and has taught Aromatherapy lectures at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and various other natural health options course at colleges in New Jersey.
Her television appearances have included Fox Cable News “On Psychology” and Good Morning New York’s segment on herbal relief for stress, as well as monthly Time Warner Cable 10 in Bergen County. Some of her radio interviews were on USAM Business Radio out of Colorado and the Victoria Jones Radio Show on alternative healing and magnetic therapy. In November 1997 she was a major contributor of an article in Women’s Sports and Fitness magazine.
Along with her training in numerous alternative healing modalities, Caroline is an Ordained and licensed Minister and Health Care Practitioner of LifeSpirit Congregational Church. She holds a B.A. in Music Education and is an artist and musician.
